“ | I would also like to ask you some questions at the end of the ceremony. I'm a journalist and it's not every day that I get to meet the richest man in New-York. | ” |
—Alice Spancer, "Prehistorrible" |
Alice Spancer is a recurring character of Ghostforce. She is a television news reporter from Manhattan, New York City.
Appearance[]
Alice has dark skin, reddish-brown eyes, and bright burgundy hair.
As a television news reporter, she wears a grey professional attire with white buttons on her jacket, a white polo shirt underneath said jacket, and white high-heeled shoes on her feet.
Personality[]

Alice is a professional and informative reporter for Manhattan's news channel. She is heavily implied in "Vochaos" to be very hardworking and is determined to getting the details of all the events happening around the borough for the audience. She is so diligent that she once fell asleep on her desk at the Creepy Ghost office building after a long day of work. If she realized that she's late for reporting a coverage as a member of the press, Alice isn't hesitant to quickly grab her nearby equipments and get to a particular location in time to do her job.
She is also interested in history and seems to occasionally work at the American Museum of Natural History. She would always supervise the employees whenever they are setting up the latest exhibit event, as seen in "Bubble-Brush" and "Criangle".
Relationships[]
Nolan Kasenti[]
While Alice doesn't know Mr. Kasenti very well, she currently only interacted with him in two episodes of the series.
In "Vochaos", she was late to cover the news of a statement he was issuing about his company's latest tablet products at the Kasenti Tower. She quickly took an old tape recorder with her to do the coverage, not realizing too late that she was holding Vochaos's nest and accidentally waking it up while Mr. Kasenti was in the middle of the statement.
In "Prehistorrible", Alice got to finally meet Mr. Kasenti face-to-face when he visited the American Museum of Natural History for the ceremony honoring the prehistoric exhibit.
Despite their limited interactions, Alice indirectly caused Mr. Kasenti to realize that Miss Jones is hiding somewhere within Manhattan during her coverage on the Ghostforce in both "Biballoon" and "Grump King".
Ghostforce[]
Alice trusts the Ghostforce for protecting not only Manhattan but the entire New York City from ghost attacks.
In "Biballoon", she was the master of ceremony for the 73rd annual Central Park Festival where she got to honor Myst for being the city's favorite celebrity for her heroic deeds. She sees Myst as the "leader" of the Ghostforce, implying that Alice constantly witness the superheroine leading her teammates to coordinate an attack strategy to capture a wild ghost. She later agreed with Myst's decision to share her Medal of Honor with the rest of her team, saying on a live television broadcast that the medal only goes to one person but was hopeful that the Mayor of New York would make an exception since Alice found it should be fair for everyone in the Ghostforce to share their honor.
In "Grump King", Alice did a coverage on the Ghostforce saving Manhattan from the titular ghost on the early morning of Halloween. She also received a photo of the Ghost Car that was flying in the borough earlier that night and revealed to the audience that the Ghostforce received help from a mysterious ally to capture the ghost.

Trivia[]
- Alice was originally a minor character who would appear in the background of various episodes. However, starting with "Vochaos", she becomes a recurring character and is given many speaking roles.
- She seems to have a different voice actress in the English dubbed version of "Vochaos". In that episode, she spoke in a Mid-Atlantic accent instead of a New York accent because she wasn't an established recurring character yet.
- She isn't the only named news reporter in the series. In "Dunky Boss", there are two male reporters named Calvin and Greg, but they are minor characters unlike Alice.
- In "Burghorror", Alice purchased a hot dog at the Ghost Dog near the NYC Dunk.
