The museum at the east of Central Park.

  • In real life, the museum isn't located at 5th Avenue. Instead, it is located at Central Park West.
    • The real-life museum doesn't have two mammoth statues at the front entrance either.
  • Assuming Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir takes place in the same universe as Ghostforce since they both use the same Manhattan location asset, then this isn't the only museum seen in the borough. In "Miraculous New York", the New-York Historical Society appeared which is located on the same street as the real-life American Museum of Natural History.
  • The museum has been a target for a few ghost attacks:
    • A fire extinguisher was a nest for Bubble-Brush. Upon its awakening, it terrorized everyone at the Techno Expo event.
    • Meta&Lix terrorized everyone outside the museum by attracting various metal objects, including some of the exhibits inside the building.
    • Gumglue arrived at the museum and trapped everyone inside after it merged with a glue stick.
    • Turbokorn was awakened from its life-sized bell nest and turned various people into metallic statues.
    • Prehistorrible was awakened from its mammoth trunk nest and froze various people attending a pre-historical exhibit hosted by Nolan Kasenti.
    • Criangle was awakened from its geometric art figure and transformed various people inside the museum into cubes and triangular pyramids.
  • In every episode the American Museum of Natural History makes a major appearance, it would be decorated to promote an exhibit event.
    • In "Pharaok", a closing ceremony was held in honor of the history of Ancient Egypt with the Mask of Pharases II lend by Michael Collins to serve as the centerpiece.
    • In "Bubble-Brush", the Techno Expo was held with an exhibition dedicated to computers. The RXX TV 2000 served as the exhibit centerpiece.
    • In "Meta&Lix", a spiral-related exhibition was held with Molano Freddo's eternal spiral served as the centerpiece.
    • In "Gumglue", a nature exhibition was held which Professor Pascal's class went for their field trip.
    • In "Turbokorn", a life-sized exhibition was held with the giant bell served as the centerpiece.
    • In "Prehistorrible", a pre-historical exhibition was held and was sponsored by Mr. Kasenti.
    • In "Criangle", a geometrical art exhibit was held.
  • As revealed in "Scream Scratch", the museum doesn't allow dogs.
  • While the interior of the museum wasn't seen in "Cookieflame", Mike Collins and Charlie mentioned that the museum has a seashell fossil exhibit.
  • As revealed in "Dinozos", the museum curator is Mrs. van Groll.
  • The museum was mistakenly called the "New York Natural History Museum" in "Dinozos".
  • A foot from a Tyrannosaurus rex fossil was lent by Mrs. van Groll to Professor Pascal for his class's paleontology lesson. In real life, such fossil is currently displayed at the Hall of Saurischian Dinosaurs exhibit.
