All rules listed on the General Regulations page also apply to the File Policy.
All uploaded files must..
- Must be in the file type png to protect them from viruses and they must not contain any watercolor marks.
- You can apply an image with a watercolor mark in an infobox if it has not yet released without one but you can't apply the same image to a gallery.
- Images must be within 1920x1080 pixels. However, this does not apply for infobox images only galleries.
- Contain appropriate content in accordance with the general regulations of the wiki linked above.
- Be posted in the appropriate location of the wiki's mainspace (articles, galleries, etc.).
- Any files that are unofficial and/or non-canon to the Ghostforce series, such as fan-art and edited files, must either be posted on a blog, user page, board thread, or talk page. Unused, but official concepts are exempted from this rule.
- Be used somewhere on the wiki. If unused it will be subject to deletion by an admin, content moderator, or anyone else who is not an editor.
