"Grump King" is a 22-minute special episode of Ghostforce. According to the series' production/written order, it is the 1st special episode, as well as the 53rd episode of the series, overall.
Synopsis[]
It's Halloween in New York, and everyone is getting up for the spookiest night of the year! On this occasion, three of our heroes - Liv, Mike, Andy and their friends meet at the Baker's house, where Carla organized a small session of spiritualism. She found a mysterious antique box that was supposed to contain the "lord of fears", and decides to summon him. But the Halloween party turns into a disaster when it is replaced by Grump King, a real ghost that can materialize people's phobias and feed on their fear! To save Halloween and New York, our three Ghostforce members will have to face him and face their own fears along the way.[4]

- The name and synopsis of the special was first revealed in the TF1 presentation. Furthermore, TFOU shared leaked images for the special, however they did not explicitly confirm from which episode it was during the live.
- In this episode, we learned the fears of every characters:
- Andy is afraid of rats.
- Mike is afraid of spiders.
- Liv is afraid of dolls.
- Drake is afraid of skeletons.
- Bobby is afraid of Mr. Vladovsky.
