  • Because Ghostforce was animated by SAMG Animation for the production of the first season, the studio reused the model of Manhattan for "Miraculous New York".
  • A majority of businesses in Manhattan included "ghost" in its name, such as the Ghost Dog and Creepy Ghost. While it seems like an odd choice since actual ghosts are currently haunting the borough, there is an indication that the local businesses are named in honor of the first iteration of the Ghostforce.
  • An upcoming feature film Fairy Force, also takes place in Manhattan.
  • Because the series primary takes place in Manhattan, it's unknown if other boroughs are going to be visited.
  • Despite ghost attacks mainly occurred in Manhattan, there are rare times where it affected other boroughs in the city.
    • Miss Jones mentioned that Pharaok has released a heatwave all over the city.
    • The soundwaves that Mastaar created had reached all the way to Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island.
    • Krik-Krok caused both the upper New York Bay and the East River to become green after it went to booster mode. The upper New York Bay is where Liberty Island is, while the East River separates Manhattan from both Brooklyn and Queens.
    • Somnibou caused the entire city to be covered in darkness when it went to booster mode.
    • Most ghosts in booster mode would caused the sky to be overcast for the entire city.
  • "Gumglue" and "Piraniak" are the only episodes where a ghost briefly attacked outside of Manhattan.
  • In "Levisfer", both lower and midtown Manhattan were lifted into the air by the titular ghost.
