Trivia[]
- This episode revealed that Mike knows how to play drums and both Drake and Liv know how to play guitar.
- The name of the main trio's band is the Boo Fighters, a reference to their secret occupation of being ghost hunters.
- This is the third episode where one or more member(s) of the Ghostforce become affected by a wild ghost.
- This is the first time Glowboo has become affected by a wild ghost.
- This is the second episode where a wild ghost caused a storm to occur in Manhattan while it's in booster mode after "Bananice".
- Whenever Mastaar and Myst are summoning soundwaves from their guitars, the soundwaves can be seen traveling outside Manhattan and reaching their way to Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, and even parts of the state of New Jersey as well.
- This is the second episode where both the entirety of New York City and even New Jersey get affected by a wild ghost's attack after "Pharaok".
- This is the first episode where Fury doesn't appear because Andy is under Mastaar's control.
- Because Andy was under Mastaar's control, this is the first instance the transformation sequence only featured Mike and Liv.
- In addition, this is the first episode where only one member of the Ghostforce trio isn't seen in their superhero identity.
- Miss Jones reveals that she had captured one of Mastaar's family members when she was an active member of the Ghostforce. However, she wasn't sure what the ghost family was capable of in booster mode.
- It's revealed that Miss Jones can send gadgets and weapons to the members of the Ghostforce during missions. She'll teleport the items from her lab and the Ghostforce will retrieve them after they appear from their badges on their suits.
- Miss Jones mentioned that she knows how to play the triangle. She even suggested to Myst in this episode that she could join her in a band someday if Liv isn't busy saving New York from ghosts.
- As of this episode, Liv overcomes her fear of performing in front of a crowd.
Errors[]
- Before Mike and Liv transformed into their superhero alter egos, Glowboo gave them the ghostbuds to avoid being under Mastaar's spell. However, the transformation sequence doesn't feature the ghostbuds in their ears.
- Krush fired his ice blasts on Mastaar to prevent it from continuing to play its guitar. However, after Charlie throws her cellphone at Glowboo which causes him to misaim his blast and nearly hit Krush instead, the block of ice disappears on Mastaar despite Krush not canceling out his ice power yet while dodging the blast.
- And not only that but before Krush dodged Glowboo's misaimed blast, Glowboo can be seen glowing pink despite not being frozen in place by Mastaar's spotlight beam yet.
- Before the Octocat activation sequence, Myst is seen tossing a regular Boo Capsule instead of Octocat's Boo Capsule upwards.
- Near the end of the episode, Drake can be seen standing next to Bobby and the cheerleader twins before the Boo Fighters announce that they're ready to rock and roll. However, he is missing in the crowd when everyone all cheers for the Boo Fighters before they start playing. Drake appears in the crowd while the Boo Fighters are playing their music.
