Trivia[]
- This episode reveals that Andy is a huge fan of Michael Collins.
- Bobby can be seen attempting to block Rajat in the court when Drake notices Mike giving Andy a ticket to the basketball finals, presumably to prevent Drake from passing to Rajat. Later, Bobby and Rajat can be briefly seen angrily glaring at each other after they notice Drake takes too long to pass it.
- When Drake explains to Andy the rules of their dare that the first person to miss a basket loses, he describes it as "the law of the jungle". This foreshadows Mizuo's territorial behavior, which Miss Jones described as "the law of the jungle" similar to the Amazonian wolves.
- This is the second episode that features Drake and Andy having a basketball match after "Bananice". Bobby mentioned that Andy won their last one-to-one match, likely referencing that episode.
- The rules of the basketball match stated that the first person who misses the basket would lose. When Andy and Drake both throw their balls together, Andy's ball can be seen through the hoop and Drake is visibly upset. Yet, despite Andy technically winning the match, Drake refuses to give up and the two seem to continue the match by attempting to score a point from the rooftop of a nearby building.
- This is the first episode to feature a ghost with water-based powers. The next episode would be "Bubble-Brush".
- When the main trio's classmates run away from Mizuo on the rooftop, Drake is seen holding his basketball. For a few frames, he can be seen running to put down the ball off-screen before following his classmates. Later, the ball is still on the rooftop after he and Bobby hide from Mizuo.
- Rajat, Carla, and Charlie can be seen evacuating Myst's spectral gate portal to Central Park to escape Mizuo's attacks.
- This episode reveals that Drake has a crush on Myst, unaware she's secretly Liv who's the sister of his rival Andy.
- When Fury recruits Drake to assist the team in defeating Mizuo, he intentionally calls him "Flake".
- This is the first appearance of Fury's ghost companion Dragoyle.
Errors[]
- During the one-on-one match, Andy uses a blue basketball to score points. However, when the match goes on to the rooftop, he uses an orange basketball that belongs to Drake.
