- This episode features the second hint of Mr. Kassenti's connection with wild ghosts. When he is about to follow Alice Spancer in the prologue, he briefly gets distracted by examining a giant mammoth tusk exhibit and frowns at it. This heavily implied he can recognize a ghost nest since it's later revealed that Prehistorrible slept in it.
- Mr. Kasenti is revealed to be "the richest man in New York". However, it's uncertain if Alice Spancer means he's the richest in the city or the entire state.
- His first name is also revealed to be Nolan during his speech.
- Mike reveals to Liv that Mr. Kasenti is "as famous as [Michael Collins]". Whether Mike knows it or not, Mr. Kasenti is also Mr. Collins's sponsor and the two previously collaborated for the latter's latest sneaker line in "Sandyrok".
- This is the fifth episode where another hot dog from the Ghost Dog is seen, following "Bananice", "Cookieflame", and "Jinjoke", and "Mascarade". Once again, it features Roland adding a new item to his menu. This time it's a chicken-flavored hot dog with berry coulis, a sprig of broccoli, and a dash of whipped cream.
- This is the second episode that heavily focuses on Andy's crush on Carla, following "Trashotic".
- Roland is revealed to be aware of Andy's crush on Carla and tries to set the two up by suggesting to Andy to ask her out. He's also visibly upset when he and Andy initially assume Carla rejects him before she clarifies that she's talking about the signing session at the bookstore.
- Because Mike and Liv visited the museum while Andy attempted to ask Carla out by treating her to lunch at noon, this episode takes place either on a Saturday or a Sunday.
- Carla is revealed to own a Venus flytrap, which Andy once took care of.
- The comic book that Carla owns features a superhero that resembles LadyLion, a character from ZAG's upcoming feature film of the same name that is currently in development.
- This is the second episode where the team must capture a ghost with ice powers, following Freezofear in "Bananice".
- This is the nineteenth episode where one or more member(s) of the Ghostforce team got affected by a wild ghost's power.
- Fury starts a countdown so he'll remember to capture the ghost and get Carla's comic books signed before the author leaves the bookstore. At the 06:42 timestamp, he had only three minutes and twenty-four seconds. When the countdown is shown again, it shows exactly ten seconds later at the 06:52 timestamp.
- Andy left his skateboard and helmet at the alleyway so he could transform into Fury to stop Prehistorrible. He is never seen returning to the alleyway to retrieve them because he's in a hurry to get to the bookstore after capturing the ghost and heading back to Central Park where Carla is.
- This episode reveals that Glowboo can scan a Boo Energy analysis for Miss Jones to examine from the laboratory.
- The Freonic Ghost Blaster returns in this episode after it first appeared in "Jellystery".
- This is the fifth episode where the transformation sequence only features Mike and Liv after "Mastaar", "Arakgum", "Sporofungus", and "Glougloux".
- Ironically, Prehistorrible gets trapped by Krush's fractal powers similar to the ghost's ice powers.
- Andy gets a kiss from Carla after he successfully gets the comic book artist to sign her collection, implying that Carla returns his feelings.
- Near the end of the episode, Carla asks Andy another favor which is to brush Professor Pascal's dinosaur teeth. This foreshadows "Dinozos" where a Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton from the American Museum of Natural History is lent to Professor Pascal for his class's paleontology lesson.

- Fury's countdown doesn't always align with the timestamp of the episode:
- At the 5:22 timestamp, Fury has only four minutes and forty-five seconds left to capture the ghost. However, at the 6:22 timestamp, he has only three minutes and fifty-four seconds left when it should have been three minutes and forty-five seconds.
- However, it can be interpreted that the nine seconds occurred off-screen.
- At the 06:52 timestamp, the countdown shows Fury has three minutes and fourteen seconds left. However, at the 08:59 timestamp, the countdown ended despite two minutes and seven seconds passing in real-time.
- As previously stated, it can be interpreted that the one minute and seven seconds have occurred off-screen. While Glowboo was recusing Liv and Mike at the museum, it's implied Fury was knocked out under the Brooklyn Bridge for three minutes in-universe before regaining his consciousness.
- At the 5:22 timestamp, Fury has only four minutes and forty-five seconds left to capture the ghost. However, at the 6:22 timestamp, he has only three minutes and fifty-four seconds left when it should have been three minutes and forty-five seconds.
