Appearance

Physical appearance

Roland is a big and tall man with tan skin, dark brown hair and eyes and a mustache.

Civilian attire

He wears a dark shirt and a green apron, and a hat that says 'NY'. He also has a thick New Yorker accent.

Personality

Roland is friendly and good-natured. He is enthusiastic about the culinary skills that he would often invent variations of the meals so he could put them in the Ghost Dog menu, frequently calling his latest dishes "a masterpiece". Though he can get easily upset whenever a meal he prepared become ruined or go to waste before he could even serve it to his customer, but he tries to takes it as best he can, kindly giving Mike the Bananice popsicle he wanted for a class project instead of his usual order which he almost finished working on it before Mike arrived at the stand. Roland is also afraid of wild ghosts, especially whenever they arrived at his stand and ruin his business with their attacks. An example would be in "Trashotic" when Spong arrived at his stand and stank it up, causing Roland to be visibly upset when the sausage he worked very hard on become rotten by the ghost's foul breath.

Mike

Mike is Roland's regular customer. Roland knows him very well since every time Mike shows up at the stand, he would ask for his usual order. In "Bananice", his usual order is mentioned to be one anchovy in a soda bread with toppings being chocolate syrup, wasabi mustard tea, and a silver of bitter orange. But when Mike rejects his usual order to instead order a Bananice popsicle to be used for a class project, Roland is visibly disappointed since he almost finished working on it. Though, he gladly gives the popsicle to Mike anyway and wishes him a good day along with Andy and Liv.
