Trivia[]
- This marks the first appearance of Nolan Kassenti, the CEO of KassKorp Tech, who has a mysterious plan involving the wild ghosts in Manhattan. He would continue to appear in minor roles throughout the remainder of the first season while putting his plan into action.
- The first hint that shows Mr. Kassenti's connection with wild ghosts is that he is visibly not afraid of Vochaos after the latter is awakened. His securities also casually escort him away without showing any signs of fear.
- This episode takes place before the events of "Artiflame" since it's almost summer vacation.
- Professor Pascal is revealed to not only teach science and history but also coach basketball practices and swimming classes.
- This episode reveals that Andy can't swim and is embarrassed to admit it.
- The Baker family is revealed to have previously lived in California before the events of the series. They moved to Manhattan so Mr. and Mrs. Baker could film Solar-Man: The Movie.
- After Alice Spancer, the news reporter, arrives at the Kassenti Tower, she throws various dollar bills to pay for the taxi driver. Because she's in a hurry, the dollar bills are seen getting dropped onto the street.
- When Drake teases Andy for his inability to swim, he mentions that he has a younger cousin who owns a pair of water wings.
- This is the third episode where Miss Jones has no knowledge of a specific wild ghost after "Xhypno" and "Burghorror".
- Miss Jones is revealed to have documented every wild ghost she has prior knowledge of. This means more undocumented ghosts are hiding in Manhattan that haven't been discovered yet.
- This is the eighth episode where one or more member(s) of the Ghostforce team become affected by a wild ghost's power.
- However, unlike the previous episodes, Mike/Krush gets affected twice. His vocal cords became higher as Mike before later losing his voice as Krush.
- This is the first episode featuring an argument between the Baker siblings.
- Glowboo noticeably doesn't glitch or run out of Boo Energy both during the mission and after the team captured a wild ghost. This foreshadows "Cyclopee" where Miss Jones would give him a major upgrade so he can hold more Boo Energy and reduce his constant malfunctions.
- After Krush froze Vochaos' tongue, Myst joked if a cat got its tongue right before she released Octocat, a ghost who's a cross between an octopus and a cat, to weaken it.
- This is the second episode that mentions the Ghostforce's plan to tame all the wild ghosts they captured after "Sporofungus".
- Coincidentally, this episode is the second that doesn't feature the main trio in their civilian identities after capturing a wild ghost.
Errors[]
- When the main trio are first seen in the hallways, Liv is mistakenly seen standing in front of someone else's locker instead of hers.
- Despite Mike's voice becoming high-pitched because he's under the effect of Vochaos, his voice is normal during the transformation sequence.
